March 25, 2020 at 8:16 pmI’m one of the authors of Blackbird & Company language arts curriculum and the director of a micro-school serving the homeschool community for the past 25+ years. I’ve used Math-U-See as a perfect pairing with our Hatchling and Earlybird year packs (Kindergarten through 3rd Grade) over the years. Teacher support / scope and sequence is user friendly. I particularly love that primary students use hands-on materials, moving from the concrete to the abstract as they are introduced to and practice math concepts just as Maria Montessori envisioned. Highly recommend.
